A leadership assesment tool
As a certified Leadership Circle Coach based in Switzerland, SkyAmbit specializes in challenging conventional thinking, stimulating creativity, enhancing capabilities, and building confidence in leaders.
The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) is a tool designed to help leaders assess their current leadership abilities by measuring their behaviors and mindset.
SkyAmbit helps leaders develop a comprehensive approach to their development, with clear principles for change. We have a local Switzerland presence with an international reach virtually.
It provides a detailed snapshot of their current leadership style and helps them identify areas where they can improve in order to have a greater impact on their organization and its performance. The LCP is intended to help leaders answer the question of how their behaviors and mindset are either enabling or constraining their desired leadership impact and the performance of the business.
The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) is considered a breakthrough among 360-degree profiles because it is the first to link a well-researched set of competencies with the underlying and motivating habits of thought that drive a leader’s behavior. The Leadership Circle Profile helps in promoting self-awareness by providing a comprehensive picture of a leader’s inner and outer attributes, including their beliefs, assumptions, and behaviors.
By combining 360-degree feedback with insights into the two primary domains of leadership – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies – it helps leaders understand how their beliefs, attitudes, and actions contribute to their effectiveness as a leader and how they are perceived by others. This information can be used to make changes and improvements, leading to better communication, collaboration, and decision-making, resulting in a more productive and successful organization.
The Leadership Circle Profile™ (Unit 1)
The top half of the Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) maps the Creative Competencies that contribute to a leader’s effectiveness. These competencies measure key leadership behaviors and internal assumptions that lead to high fulfillment and high achievement leadership. The Creative Competencies include aspects such as achieving results, bringing out the best in others, leading with vision, enhancing one’s own development, acting with integrity and courage, and improving organizational systems. High scores in the Creative dimensions of the LCP are associated with high levels of leadership effectiveness and business performance. The LCP Creative Competencies are well-researched and provide leaders with a clear understanding of how they can improve their leadership abilities and drive positive changes within their organization.
The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) measures 29 dimensions of leadership, which are displayed in the outer circle of the profile. The inner-circle dimensions summarize the outer circle dimensions into 8 summary scores, which provide a more holistic view of a leader’s abilities. The location of the dimensions within the circle illustrates the relationship between them. The dimensions that are adjacent to each other describe similar behavior patterns that are positively correlated. The dimensions that are on opposite sides of the circle are opposing behavior patterns and are inversely correlated.
The outer circle dimensions provide a detailed view of a leader’s abilities, while the inner circle dimensions provide a more general view of their overall leadership style. The use of both the outer and inner circle dimensions together allows leaders to gain a more complete understanding of their strengths and development areas, and to make more informed decisions about how to improve their leadership abilities.
The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) provides insight into a leader’s unique Operating System, which is the set of internal assumptions or beliefs that drive their behavior in both the Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies domains. By understanding the relationship between a leader’s internal thoughts and beliefs and their leadership style, leaders can gain a greater understanding of how their inner world of thought translates into their effectiveness or ineffectiveness as a leader.
The LCP helps leaders increase their awareness and understanding of their own leadership abilities, allowing them to make more informed decisions about how to improve their leadership style and achieve their desired impact as a leader. Furthermore, by providing insight into both the creative and reactive tendencies, LCP offers a complete picture of a leader and helps them to identify areas for improvement and then take actions to create the desired change.
The Collective Leadership Assessment™ (Unit 2)
The COLLECTIVE LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT™ delivers a powerful “litmus” test of collective leadership effectiveness for teams or the organization. Used for your entire organization,
or just a leadership team, the Collective Leadership Assessment is a robust view of where employees view current collective leadership effectiveness compared to the desired collective effectiveness. The “gap” in collective effectiveness, between current and desired, instantly reveals opportunities for development. Additionally, the Collective Leadership Assessment compares the effectiveness of your team or organization against our global database. The Collective Leadership Assessment works seamlessly with the Leadership Circle Profile 360° Assessment. The survey uses the same integral framework that makes the Leadership Circle ProfileTM so powerful and effective. The Collective Leadership Assessment is a lens for effectiveness that sparks change at the group level, while the Leadership Circle Profile provides in-depth feedback for individual leadership development. The Leadership Circle Profile measures both behavior and the leader’s inner operating system that runs their behavior, while the Collective Leadership Assessment measures the collective impact of group effectiveness.
