About
My Background
Having spent over thirty years in the rapidly-evolving Financial Service industry, I have amassed a wealth of experience and knowledge, with a particular focus on organizational transformation and the development of corporate culture.
The industry is known for its frequent fluctuations and regulatory shifts, requiring companies to be adaptable and open to change.
Organizational transformation can be a complex and challenging process, but it can also bring about significant benefits for an organization. I’m passionate about helping organizations change their people’s mindset and business practices to become more agile and efficient, as well as developing and implementing new capabilities models to improve overall performance.
This may involve training and coaching employees, creating new processes and systems, and aligning the organization’s goals and strategies with its overall culture and values.Triggering this mindset change in individuals or an organization involves shifting the way they think, feel, and act. This can be a challenging process, but it is essential for achieving long-term success. It is not a one-time event, but a continuous process that requires regular reinforcement and adaptation.
